We do not ask for or store your account username or password. We only need access given through the platform itself, such as Manager access for YouTube channels and Admin access for Facebook pages. For any other platform, we tell you in advance which access is needed. We use this access only to complete your order, and once the work is complete we remove our access ourselves from your page, channel or platform.
