These terms apply when you use hkaservices.com or order services from HKA Services (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our services
We offer growth and marketing services for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, along with website development, design, premium subscriptions and tools, and related services. The details of each service are shown on its page in our store.
2. Orders and payment
- Payment is taken before work starts on your order.
- We accept bank transfer, PayPal and Binance.
- Work begins once your payment is confirmed.
3. Start and delivery time
We usually start work within 24 hours of a confirmed order. Most orders are completed within 3 to 7 days. These are estimates and not fixed promises, and delivery time can vary by service.
4. Links and account access
- You must give us the correct link to your channel, page or account.
- If a link or the access you give us does not work, we do not start the work. We tell you which link or access is not working on the platform concerned.
- We never ask for your account password. We only use access given through the platform itself, for example Manager access for YouTube channels and Admin access for Facebook pages.
- We remove our access once the work is complete.
5. Your content and platform rules
Your channel, page or account must follow the rules of the platform. For YouTube, the content you publish must be your own. Copyrighted videos, copyrighted music or other content that YouTube does not allow for monetization can prevent a channel from being monetized.
If we notice such content, we tell you. If you still ask us to go ahead, we provide the service on a standard basis and without any guarantee of monetization.
6. Monetization and results
We provide services, and the final decision on monetization or any other approval is made by the platform, not by us. We offer a monetization guarantee only when, after reviewing your channel, we confirm that all of its content, including videos and any music, is your own. In every other case we do not guarantee monetization. If a guarantee applies and we cannot deliver, the remedy is described in our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, refunds are available only before work starts.
8. Premium subscriptions and tools
For most premium subscriptions, we replace the account if it stops working or is closed. For some products a replacement is not guaranteed, and we say so before you buy. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
9. Limits of responsibility
We are not responsible for decisions made by YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms, or for results that depend on those decisions. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
